Recent milestones
- Second Nature Leeds: 200 rooms, due 2028, backed by a £46m agreement with Aberdeen Investments.
- Second Nature Belfast became the first hotel in the UK, and the fourth in the world, to achieve WELL Platinum.
- Second Nature Chiswick, built by Lamington Developments, is the world's first whole life net zero hometel.
