Just a 9-minute walk from the train station, the 17-storey hometel will feature a Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event space, a studio gym, laundry and two exciting retail concessions.
Designed to be all-electric, on a REGO-backed renewable electricity tariff. With circularity at its core, the space will champion local suppliers, makers, and artists, reflecting the location's unique culture. Second Nature Leeds is set to be a vibrant new addition to the city’s skyline and community.
