Located in the heart of Chiswick, our first hometel comprises 86 design-led studios, each fitted with a kitchenette, alongside a gym, laundry facilities and Winnie's Cafe and Bar.
Net zero in operation, the fully electric building is heated by an air source heat pump and powered by 100% renewable electricity - from on-site solar panels, with the rest backed by REGO certificates. Where energy demand cannot be reduced further, operational emissions are offset through nature-verified carbon removal projects. The hometel champions local suppliers, makers and artists, reflecting the character of its neighbourhood, and has been recognised with ECOSmart Platinum and Green Tourism Gold awards.
