Second Nature lands in Manchester.
Set within Manchester’s Piccadilly area, Second Nature Manchester will transform a vacant former bank, carefully preserving and celebrating the historic character of this Grade II listed building. The development will deliver 200+ bedrooms over 20+ floors and create a sustainable, resilient and future-ready asset, bringing new life and long-term value to the area.
The hometel’s design places wellbeing at its core, integrating nature-led spaces and circular design to create a calm and restorative environment. Facilities will include Winnie's cafe bar, a gym, and guest laundry. Biophilic design principles will be embedded across the hotel, enhancing local biodiversity and strengthening the connection between our guests and nature. The hometel will be fully electric, with on-site solar panels and the remaining electricity from renewable sources backed by REGO certificates.
