Lamington Group is a real estate investment, development and operational business with 5 brands, 10 hotels in the pipeline and a vision to open 5000 net zero keys by 2030. Our in-house development arm identifies and develops unique sites across the residential and commercial sectors, that not only provide long-term sustainable returns but also add value to the communities in which they occupy.

Head of Acquisitions, Director
Chris Exell is the Head of Acquisitions at Lamington Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in property sourcing and development. He leads the expansion of room2, Lamington's net zero carbon hometel brand, with a growing pipeline of new sites across the UK. Merzak is a respected hospitality industry and structured finance professional with over 20 years of diverse, hands-on experience in areas of Hotels & Leisure operations and development, workouts and restructuring, asset management and debt origination.
