Our first hometel.
Originally a 1980s office building, the site was acquired with planning consent for a 54-room hotel. Lamington Developments reimagined the scheme, securing approval for a 71-studio hometel and bringing the hometel concept to life for the first time.
Each studio includes a kitchenette and access to shared amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities and Winnie’s Café and Bar.
Second Nature Southampton's electricity is 100% renewable, from on-site solar panels, with the rest backed by REGO certificates. Heating currently runs on gas, and we're working to phase it out, with an air source heat pump planned for 2027.
