Designed in-house by Lamington Group around the concept of “Modernising Medieval,” the scheme will deliver 116 rooms over seven floors, along with Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event spaces, a gym and guest laundry facilities.
Designed to be all-electric, on a REGO-backed renewable electricity tariff. With circularity at its core, the space will champion local suppliers, makers and artists, reflecting the location's unique local culture.
