Lamington Group is a family-run business, established in 1967. We understand investing from both sides of the table: as developer and operator, we design with the end user in mind to deliver resilient assets and long-term value.
Our in-house development arm identifies and develops sites across the hotel and commercial sectors, with a focus on hospitality. Our operating teams then run what we build, so the knowledge that shapes a building before acquisition stays with it through delivery and trading.
How we create value
Asset management. We manage UK hotel assets with the operator's view of what guests need and what buildings cost to run.
Investment. Lamington Evergreen Investment Management invests in UK hospitality assets designed to stay relevant: strong brands, efficient buildings and a clear ESG approach that aims to improve operating performance and long-term value.
Development. New build and conversions in major UK cities, designed around our hometel model and our Net Zero Carbon Roadmap.
Lifestyle hospitality. Our operating brands, led by Second Nature and Reserve by Second Nature, bring the comfort of home together with the service of a hotel.
ESG-led by design
We have committed to designing and building only net zero properties through our Net Zero Carbon Roadmap. Our targets and measured progress are published in our Impact & ESG reports.
