Located on Shepherd’s Bush Green, a vacant five-storey office building is being transformed into a dynamic Second Nature hometel. Scheduled to open in 2027, this property is poised to become a new local hub, featuring Winnie’s Café and Bar, flexible meeting spaces and a studio gym.
The fully electric building will be heated by an air source heat pump and powered by 100% renewable electricity - from on-site solar panels, with the rest backed by REGO certificates.
