This Grade II listed Mission Hall in Hammersmith, formerly used for theatre scenery painting, was granted planning permission for a change of use and, following a 16-month redevelopment, opened in 2021 as Missionworks, Lamington Group’s first coworking space.
The mixed-use workspace spans 6,950 sq ft across three floors and is designed to support the wellbeing of its members. Biophilic design principles are integrated throughout to enhance air quality, reduce stress and promote mental wellbeing. Fully electric and powered by renewable energy, the building provides a low-carbon, future-ready workplace.
