Lost Gardens lands in Cambridge.
Set within the historic Victoria Road Conservation Area, just steps from Castle Mound, Lost Gardens Cambridge will regenerate the former Cambridgeshire City Council building, retaining and enhancing existing structures where possible. The development will comprise 167 rooms across 4 floors and create a sustainable, resilient, and future-ready asset, bringing new life and long-term value to the area.
The hotel’s design places wellbeing at its core, integrating nature-led spaces and circular design principles throughout to create a calm, restorative and environmentally responsible environment. Facilities will include a rejuvenating spa, gym, and an on-site restaurant offering farm-to-fork dining, supplied in part by an on-site vertical farm. Biophilic design principles will be embedded across the hotel, enhancing biodiversity and strengthening the connection between guests and nature. The hotel will also be 100% electric, powered by low-carbon renewable energy, offering guests a carbon-neutral stay.
