The hotel’s design places wellbeing at its core, integrating nature-led spaces and circular design principles throughout to create a feeling of calm and restoration Facilities will include a rejuvenating spa, gym, and an on-site restaurant offering farm-to-fork dining, supplied in part by an on-site urban farm. Biophilic design principles will be embedded across the hotel, enhancing biodiversity and strengthening the connection between guests and nature. The fully electric building will be heated by an air source heat pump and powered by 100% renewable electricity - from on-site solar panels, with the rest backed by REGO certificates.
