Opening in 2027, room2 York is located at 23 Piccadilly across seven floors. Designed in-house by Lamington Group around the concept of “Modernising Medieval,” the scheme will deliver 116 rooms over seven floors, along with Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event spaces, a gym and guest laundry facilities.
The fully electric property will be 100% electric, run on low-carbon renewable energy and offer guests a carbon-neutral stay. Designed with circularity at its core, the space will champion local suppliers, makers and artists, reflecting the location's unique local culture.
