Originally a 1980s office building, the site was acquired with planning consent for a 54-room hotel. Lamington Developments reimagined the scheme, securing approval for a 71-studio hometel and bringing the hometel concept to life for the first time.

Each studio includes a kitchenette and access to shared amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities and Winnie’s Café and Bar. Powered by 100% renewable electricity, the hometel operates with a net zero approach, with unavoidable operational emissions offset through nature-verified carbon removal projects, enabling guests to enjoy a carbon neutral stay. The building has been recognised with ECOSmart Platinum and Green Tourism Gold accreditations.
