Our first net zero hometel
Located in the heart of Chiswick, planning was granted in 2018 for London’s first hometel. The development comprises 86 design-led rooms, each fitted with a kitchenette, as well as an independent F&B outlet, gym, and laundry facilities. Net zero in construction and operation, room2 Chiswick set a new environmental benchmark for the brand.

The emissions from the hometel’s conception all the way to disposal will be equal to zero. This means for both operational and embodied carbon. This is a world first for a hotel (or hometel in our case).

room2 Chiswick has been designed to use less energy than a typical UK hotel. This is achieved through a combination of hard and soft technologies, reducing energy demand and carbon.
