Located in the heart of Chiswick, London’s first hometel comprises 86 design-led studios, each fitted with a kitchenette, alongside a gym, laundry facilities and Winnie's Cafe and Bar.
Net zero in both construction and operation, the fully electric building is powered by 100% renewable energy and supported by on-site solar panels and a ground-source heat pump. Where energy demand cannot be reduced further, operational emissions are offset through nature-verified carbon removal projects, enabling guests to enjoy a carbon-neutral stay. The hometel champions local suppliers, makers and artists, reflecting the character of its neighbourhood, and has been recognised with ECOSmart Platinum and Green Tourism Gold awards.
