Opening in 2027, room2 Leeds will bring 191 rooms to the heart of the city at the former Lisbon Street Swimming Pool. Just a 9-minute walk from the train station, the 17-storey hometel will feature a Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event space, a studio gym, laundry and two exciting retail concessions.
The hometel will be 100% electric and operate on low-carbon renewable energy, offering guests a carbon-neutral stay. Designed with circularity at its core, the space will champion local suppliers, makers, and artists, reflecting the location's unique culture. room2 Leeds is set to be a vibrant new addition to the city’s skyline and community.
