Situated in Haymarket, just 0.6 miles from Edinburgh’s Princes Street, room2 Edinburgh will comprise 174 studios across nine floors. The hometel will feature Winnie’s Café and Bar, meeting and event spaces, a studio gym and guest laundry facilities.
Fully electric and powered by low-carbon renewable energy, the building will offer guests a carbon neutral stay. Designed with circularity at its core, the space will champion local suppliers, makers and artists, reflecting the character and culture of its location. The hometel is set to open in 2028.
